The REOMED II isolating transformer is a reliable leakage current limiter in medical systems. Dielectric strength materials – in connection with high quality workmanship – result in a safe isolation from the mains input side. The built-in isolating transformers are designed for low internal losses and thus achieve very low no-load losses. The transformers are protected against overload and short circuits on the input and output side by a circuit breaker. There is no need to keep replacement fuses at hand and at the same time eliminates the risk of confusion. A temperature switch is also integrated, which provides additional security.
