Solingen, 22 November 2021 – REO AG celebrated the opening of the first virtual REO exhibition in 2021 today. Until 17/12/2021 visitors can discover a range of current products, numerous trade fair débutantes and comprehensive insights into the product range and technologies at REO.
“Initial visitor figures are extremely promising and feedback has been consistently positive”, said Ruben Altmeier, Head of Marketing at REO AG. He continued: “Moving into the digital arena was a logical consequence of the current situation for us. We are delighted that with the aid of innovative technology, we can quickly, conveniently and safely come into contact with customers and interested parties from all over the world.”
REO AG is headquartered in Solingen and is using the virtual exhibition to focus on the REOUNITY product range for drive technology and REOVIB for automation technology. Visitors experience the products in depth and without being pressed for time. Modern animation technology also aids in clarifying the interior of the products. Greater insight into technologies and developments within CEO can also be seen along with the products themselves. These include the REO-patented liquid cooling of components, casting technology and the use of protective classes.
A trade show highlight: digital avatars of senior REO employees and board members provide important guidance in choosing the right product and insight into the respective company divisions. Jennifer Baatz, production site manager at REO Kyritz, will be presenting drive technology products. These include chokes, EMC filters, braking resistors and current transformers of various performance classes.
Jörg Rohden, Member of the Executive Board at REO AG, presents the REOVIB product range, particularly the innovative REOVIB MFS 368. Since the product launch in 2020, the MFS 368 has taken on a leading position in global competition within the networked, digital production sector. In addition, the phase angle control Smart-MIC with LED display and voltage compensation is also presented. Jörg Rohden also provides a look into the latest developments within Industry 4.0. These includes the IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) and the possibilities of efficient and networked production. REO Digital Connect 4.0, a startup of REO, which exclusively deals with digitisation and device communication, provides a presentation in this context.
Further information on products and technologies is provided by data sheets and there is an option to come into direct contact with REO AG’s customer advisers.
Visitors to the 2021 virtual REO exhibition also have the opportunity to meet Philip Twellsieck, Chairman of REO AG, a family-run company now in its fourth generation. In his part, Philip Twellsieck covers the corporate philosophy and the mission behind which REO AG has become an international success.
